Rita Thompson, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), helps older adults navigate aging, transition, health changes, and personal fulfillment through thoughtful, research-backed integrative coaching.
Rita’s work has depth, credibility, and a specific lens. The goal of this project was to bring that clarity forward in her marketing so the right clients and partners could quickly understand who she helps, what makes her approach distinct, and what it looks like to work together.
We began with a three-session Brand Clarity & Content Strategy Series and compiled the results into a Brand Clarity Roadmap to guide Rita’s positioning, core messaging, offers, and overall marketing strategy for both clients and provider partners.
From there, I translated that roadmap into refinements to her website, including page structure and hierarchy updates, new and updated page copy, targeted design and layout improvements, and partner-facing messaging to support provider referrals.
The result is a cohesive, confident website that clearly communicates Rita’s integrative approach, reflects the credibility of her experience, and makes it easier for aligned clients and partners to take the next step.
